You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • Have at least two years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and government personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, maintaining accurate logs and reporting discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
  • Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities clearly and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
