Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of armed security-related experience, law enforcement experience, and/or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card/license is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-value locations, verifying access permissions and reporting unusual behavior, suspicious circumstances, and/or policy violations.
• Support opening, closing, and cash movement related activities when assigned, maintaining a visible presence and following post orders, use of force guidelines, and Allied Universal protocols.
