Security Officer - Events
About The Position
We’re seeking motivated individuals who want more than a temporary role, people that are interested in developing a long-term career in the security field. This position begins as a part-time role with schedules that may vary based on events staffing, and serves as an entry point into our organization. Requirements
- 18 years of age and older
- Active NV PILB (Private Investigative Licensing Board) Guard Card
- Reasonably flexible schedule and ability to work events as neeeded
- Professional presentation with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to work outside in inclement weather
- Must be able to climb stairs, stand, walk for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform security patrols: on foot and in a vehicle (when applicable)
- Respond to accidents and emergencies, maintaining the safety of guests and employees
- Perform a variety of security tasks as needed
