Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls for service, and coordinate the assignment of security-related personnel to routine and urgent incidents across the location.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in dispatch logs and reporting systems, helping to maintain accurate records for follow-up and review.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying timely updates to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Support access control, alarm monitoring, camera review, and other security-related systems, helping to identify unusual activity and direct the appropriate response.
