Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate access and visitor records.
• Screen and direct vendors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with facility procedures, coordinating access with authorized site contacts as needed.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting concerns through established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
