Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and Allied Universal standards.
• Greet tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors, verify identification and appointments, and help manage lobby access in line with property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency contacts as needed.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns through proper channels.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and daily activity reports, and support front desk operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
