About The Position

As a Security Officer Entry Authorization Driver in Braselton, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a busy logistics and distribution location. You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Help maintain an orderly environment through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and a reliable presence.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor and control access to the distribution location by verifying identification, access credentials, and authorization for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers.
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records; issue and collect temporary access credentials in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, loading areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and report unusual activity.
