Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a media and technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, managing visitor registration, issuing visitor passes, and directing authorized individuals in accordance with site requirements.
  • Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate access-control logs, visitor records, and incident documentation while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to identify irregular conditions and help to deter unauthorized access.
