Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess at least three years of experience as a military police officer, corrections officer, armed security-related professional, or certified law enforcement graduate.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments or access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor records.
Monitor access to the lobby and other designated entry points, observe activity within the reception area, and report suspicious or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Answer incoming calls, provide directions or general information, and communicate professionally with facility personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
