About The Position

As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Pattison, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, damaged property, and/or policy violations.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by following post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with security-related procedures during shifts with changing conditions and activity levels.
