As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Peoria, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support security-related operations with a strong customer service focus. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe site conditions, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or policy issues to the appropriate contact.
  • Assist with customer-facing interactions at the location by providing directions, answering general questions, and helping to maintain an orderly environment during routine operations and/or special events.
