About The Position

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A TSA issued TWIC is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized or suspicious activity.
  • Support emergency and operational procedures by assisting with evacuations, restricted area control, and incident reporting in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
