Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with badge and visitor processes when assigned, and completing required reports related to security-related events and/or patrol activities.
