As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Alarm Response in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. This primarily driving role includes conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, responding to alarms, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe property conditions, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately while communicating professionally with property management and emergency responders as needed.
