As a Security Officer Driver Guest Services in Lakeland, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain an orderly environment, provide exceptional customer service, and respond professionally to questions and concerns. Requirements

  • Have at least one year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk of a financial services location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, and other assigned security-related equipment, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain clear communication with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while providing a professional front-desk presence.
