As a Security Officer Driver Front Office in Lakeland, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk of a financial services location by following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
  • Monitor entry activity, greet and direct guests, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site policies.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and appropriate site contacts.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access by observing front desk activity, reporting unusual conditions, and documenting security-related incidents accurately.
