As a Security Officer Driver Entry Screening in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide professional customer service to employees and visitors. You will remain visible, communicate clearly, and help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization in accordance with location policies.
  • Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and access-related records; issue and collect temporary credentials as directed.
  • Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
