You will remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, respond to inquiries with strong customer service, and communicate clearly with site teams. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements, supporting agile, reliable teamwork with integrity.

Requirements

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, identification checks, and badge issuance protocols at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for people and vehicles, and document deliveries, pickups, and contractor activity to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Complete required security-related reports, access logs, and incident documentation, and maintain clear shift handoff communication per site procedures.
