Requirements

  • Possess a valid EMT certification.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the company's driving policy. This includes adherence to all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124)Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license that is recognized in the state where the job is located. This ensures that all employees can legally operate a vehicle as part of their job responsibilities.
  • Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.
  • Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates must have prior customer service experience. This requirement ensures that all employees are equipped with the skills necessary to interact positively with clients and customers, fostering a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
