As a Security Officer Driver Credential Verification in Saratoga Springs, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Professional at a healthcare location, you will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide courteous service to visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a caring environment through clear communication. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a healthcare and pharmaceutical facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and contractor sign-in requirements in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records and communicate access-related information to authorized personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, access points, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
