As a Security Officer Driver Credential Review in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. In this driving post, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional environment through visible presence, routine activity, and outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and media location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in processes, and report unusual activity or access concerns in support of security-related operations.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related issues or maintenance concerns.
