About The Position
As a Security Officer Driver Badge Services in Houston, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide customer service and communicate professionally with employees and visitors while contributing to a reliable team culture. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. The position is full-time and pays $13.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, equipment-related concerns, and critical situations according to established site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
- Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
- Accurately document incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
