This role is a doorman/ security guard position at a high-profile location, where professionalism, situational awareness, and presentation are essential. Requirements
- PERC Card required
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Prior Customer Service and Hospitality experience
- Flexible availability
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather if necessary
- Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
Nice To Haves
- Security experience
- Hospitality experience
- Previous Law enforcement or military service
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
- Communicate effectively with guests while maintaining excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills
- Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
- Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Outdoor patrol
