As a Security Officer DoD Patrol Driver Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access points, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. Requirements

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document observations, visitor activity, and/or incidents in assigned reporting systems.
  • Support emergency response activities by communicating with site contacts, assisting with evacuations when directed, and following post orders for security-related events.
