Requirements

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document observations, visitor activity, and/or incidents in assigned reporting systems.
Support emergency response activities by communicating with site contacts, assisting with evacuations when directed, and following post orders for security-related events.
