In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help direct response to security-related concerns across the property. You will play an important part in helping maintain an organized environment while delivering outstanding service, clear communication, and teamwork through Allied Universal’s caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Must have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities for an educational location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and other communication systems to receive calls for service and coordinate the timely assignment of security-related personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and relaying updates to supervisors, staff, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support clear communication and continuity of operations throughout the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, while remaining prepared to adapt to changing conditions and priorities at the location.
