As a Security Officer Dispatch Security Clearance in Merrimack, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor alarms, coordinate response communications, manage access control activities, and document security-related events. Requirements

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and supporting emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch routine and emergency calls for service using radios, telephones, and dispatch systems.
  • Monitor communication channels, alarms, and/or camera systems, escalating unusual activity and critical incidents according to site procedures.
  • Coordinate the assignment and status of security-related personnel, maintaining accurate logs, incident records, and shift activity reports.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting access-control and facility operations at an aerospace and defense location.
