About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch - Hospital Site in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for assistance, alarms, incidents, and routine service requests using radio, telephone, and computerized dispatch systems.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of calls, incidents, dispatch activity, and communications in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Monitor security-related systems, cameras, alarms, and access activity as assigned, and report unusual conditions or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
