About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic aero and defense location. In this driving post, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and guide timely responses to security-related concerns. You will help to deter incidents through strong awareness, dependable service, and clear communication while bringing our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Requirements

  • Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication processes at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of Allied Universal personnel and/or site resources in response to incidents, medical situations, facility concerns, and other security-related matters.
  • Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and status updates, helping to support timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and continuity of operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while observing and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related conditions.
