Requirements

  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Monitor radio, phone, and/or electronic communications to receive calls for service, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel to reported issues in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Track site activity, access concerns, alarms, and/or operational disruptions, and relay timely information to supervisors, emergency contacts, and/or responding personnel as needed.
  • Support incident response by maintaining detailed logs, preparing reports, and coordinating communication during critical situations involving production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, while helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
