About The Position

Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic tech and media location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. In this fast-paced role, you will help maintain a visible command presence through strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail while delivering outstanding customer service with integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency response communications in a professional manner.
  • Monitor dispatch systems, radios, phones, cameras, and other technology platforms to receive reports, document activity, and route security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate field personnel, notify site contacts, and support timely communication during routine and urgent events.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives as needed.
  • Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, relaying assignments, and helping to coordinate coverage across the location and perimeter areas.
