About The Position

As a Security Officer - Auto Front Desk Full-Time in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading auto industry location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Your role involves managing access control, assisting with badge procedures, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, guests, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and managing visitor logs, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with individuals entering or exiting the location, providing information or assistance as needed.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining clear communication with Allied Universal management and site contacts.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related issues and promote a welcoming environment.
