About The Position

As a Security Officer Customer Care Patrol in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while using integrity and reliability to create a professional presence that keeps every shift engaging and rewarding.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse floors, loading dock areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials and following post orders for access control and reporting unusual conditions.
• Support daily operations by observing for operational disruptions, damaged property, and/or policy violations, then reporting findings through proper channels in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
