As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Customer Assistance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, parking, and perimeter areas, as assigned.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
- Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
