About The Position

As a Security Officer Customer Assistance Patrol in Newton, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a contract logistics location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report unusual activity, support loss prevention efforts, and provide professional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, warehouse, loading areas, parking areas and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
