About The Position

As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Campbellsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a secure environment for employees and guests. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying identification, visitor authorization, contractor credentials, and delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate access logs, issue and collect visitor badges and credentials, and report access discrepancies or unauthorized entry attempts to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
