As a Security Officer Credential Verification Driver in Montgomery, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records.
  • Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with property personnel, tenants, and responding public service agencies, and complete clear, timely activity and incident reports.
