About The Position

As a Security Officer Credential Lifecycle in Gardner, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor access control systems, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor badges, and maintain accurate access-related records.
Control entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, materials, and deliveries in accordance with established site procedures.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
