Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and reliability while helping create a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations.
  • Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, communicating with staff and first responders when needed, and following post orders related to security-related responsibilities and customer care.
