Requirements

• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor management activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet employees and visitors, verify identification and/or access credentials, and document visitor activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts when needed.
• Answer phones, support badge and key control processes, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior by maintaining a visible front desk presence and following established reporting and access control procedures.
