Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor screening, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby access, verify identification and credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain front desk logs for guests, vendors, and/or contractors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence within a fast-paced office location.
• Observe lobby and reception activity and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to help support site operations.
