About The Position

As a Security Officer Client Service Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Have customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and help to verify visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with community rules and post instructions.
Support residential operations by communicating professionally with residents and property staff, assisting with routine security-related requests, and reporting maintenance or property issues observed during patrols.
