Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel location.
  • Monitor lobby and front desk activity, assist with access control and visitor check-in practices, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, and problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
  • Support awareness of the property by observing entrances, common areas, and front desk surroundings, documenting security-related events and/or unusual activity as needed.
