As a Security Officer Clearance Required Dispatch Operations in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm and access activity, and dispatch appropriate resources in response to security-related needs. You will use technology to document events, support access control operations, and provide professional customer service while helping to deter incidents. Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and urgent service calls, alarms, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communication systems, maintain accurate dispatch logs, and document incidents, requests, and follow-up actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting observed irregularities and conditions requiring attention.
