As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical or petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents, remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond calmly and use problem-solving skills during incidents and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the perimeter and areas associated with chemical or petrochemical operations.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors while on patrol.
Follow all client-specific protocols related to chemical and petrochemical environments, including any required reporting or documentation.
