Requirements

  • Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or visitor management practices for a financial services location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet employees and visitors, verify identification and appointments, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and security-related awareness.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation with attention to detail and according to site guidelines.
  • Support security-related screening of deliveries, packages, and incoming traffic to the reception area while providing courteous assistance to guests and staff.
