Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and assigned security-related duties at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, verify access permissions when required, and document observations, incidents, and/or daily activities according to site procedures.
Support emergency response activities by following post instructions, assisting with direction and/or coordination, and reporting relevant information to supervisors and/or local responders.
