As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Stuttgart, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage access points, verify badges and credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to support access control operations, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and help maintain an orderly environment. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, hazards, and unusual activity.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues, incidents, and security-related concerns.
