Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the building, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and sensitive areas within a fast-paced technology-focused location, following post orders and reporting security-related concerns.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with badge or entry procedures as directed, and completing routine reports related to incidents and patrol activity.
