As a Security Officer Badge Administration in West Chester, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor registration, issuing credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies.
  • Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Support a professional front desk presence by answering phones, directing guests, receiving deliveries, and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or unauthorized activity.
  • Complete logs, reports, and other required documentation related to security-related incidents, visitor management, and daily front desk operations.
