About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol in Monticello, Arkansas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a healthcare location. You will conduct routine armed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with a professional response to security-related needs.

This is a full-time position paying $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with hospital staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
